These pieces are made in attempt to take the drawing medium through an evolution of its own. I employ lasers on glass to create an image nearly invisible to the naked eye. What is visible however is the shadow the image leaves behind. Using light as the medium instead of the factor by which the medium is perceived, these shadow pieces float freely adding a sculptural element to what is usually a flat image.
